Dr William Pomerantz
DDS
Skill and compassion go hand in hand when providing dental care. As a dental professional, I stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for my patients. I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who place a great deal of trust in me and my team. I graduated from Stony Brook University and New York University College of Dentistry. I went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Jamaica Hospital in Queens. Currently, I am a member of the American Dental Society, New York State Dental Society, and Suffolk County Dental Society. I appreciate the time you took to visit the site to find out more about my dental practice.

I have been working at Oakdale Family Dental for 18 years, 16 of those years as office manager. While keeping the office professional and efficient, I strive to greet all patients in a friendly manner and make them feel comfortable and welcomed.

Dental Assistant
I gave up a career in advertising of 27 years to become a dental assistant in 2011. I have been
working with Dr. Pomerantz since 2015. My goal is to educate our patients while being companionate of their fears and concerns. I love working alongside Dr. Pomerantz. We try to keep the atmosphere light and friendly, while addressing our patients’ dental needs.
